Welcome to the AJS Fisheries – a professional consultancy and management service, based in Lincolnshire in the UK, offering advice and management solutions for anyone who has water based assets.
AJS is owned and run by Anthony Silvester, a Fisheries Science graduate with over 25 years practical experience of fisheries and waterbody management, together with considerable experience in working with designated conservation sites and multi-user waterbodies. For a number of years, Anthony has also lectured in fishery management and fish farming.
AJS has managed Britain’s largest publicly owned fishery complex, catering for all aspects of freshwater angling, and all of our staff are professionally trained, with formal fisheries based qualifications.
To date AJS Fisheries manage 130 acres of recreational fisheries, 30 acres of fish production ponds and also carry out contract works for Angling Clubs, Local Authorities, Wildlife Trusts, Statutory Bodies and Individual landowners.
