AJS is owned and run by Anthony Silvester, a Fisheries Science graduate with over 20 years practical experience of fisheries and waterbody management, and considerable experience in working with designated conservation sites and managing multi-user waterbodies. For a number of years, Anthony has also lectured in fishery management and fish farming.

AJS have managed Britain's largest publicly owned fishery complex, catering for all aspects of freshwater angling, and all our staff are professionally trained, with most holding formal fisheries based qualifications.
